Programme Delivery is currently busy with the rollout of packaged wastewater treatment plant in East Africa (Kenya), the project aims at providing descent sanitation to new housing development in an upmarket area in Kiambu County, the project is scheduled to be completed end of December.

In this project, we are working with Jinluo (our strategic partner and IP holder for the Wastewater Treatment Technology). Jinluo is in the top 50 Private Companies in China and the number 1 meat processing company in that country.

Program delivery strives to run and deliver projects through the OPECS Way when driving the transformation of change from the current state to the future state, as we aim to lead in providing organizations with means to accelerate the adoption of change and embrace change.
